Materials such as MBE-grown intercalated van der Waals (vdW) compounds exhibit strong adhesion to the substrate, making it difficult to achieve freestanding structures. In this presentation, we report the results of applying a PCL-assisted dry transfer method to these MBE thin films. In particular, we confirmed that high-quality flakes maintaining their intrinsic magnetic properties can be obtained with good reproducibility in the room-temperature ferromagnet Cr3Te4. This method represents a viable approach for developing two-dimensional devices, and we will also discuss changes in physical properties before and after cleavage.
