This study investigated growth conditions at low temperatures to achieve highly efficient red emission using a hexagonal nanopyramid structure. At low temperatures, surface diffusion decreased and deposits appeared, resulting in a decrease in emission intensity. However, by appropriately controlling the V/III ratio and TMI flow rate, it was possible to achieve a wavelength of approximately 50 nm longer, suggesting the possibility of obtaining good selective growth even at low temperatures.
