The neutron generation ratio for each section of the linear IECF neutron source was experimentally determined. Experiments were conducted using a cylindrical chamber approximately 950 mm long with an inner diameter of approximately 124 mm. This asymmetrical chamber featured a SUS304 T-shaped pipe on the gas exhaust side. Neutron measurements were taken at three positions along the device axis using a survey meter incorporating a (³He) proportional counter. Assuming 11 neutron sources along the axis, the neutron generation ratio for each source and the overall neutron generation rate were adjusted and calculated to make their sum equal the measured total. As a result, the total neutron production rate was calculated to be approximately 7.13 × 10^7 n/s. Furthermore, the T-shaped pipe section was found to be the region where the most fusion reactions occur, accounting for about 34% of the total.
