This study aims to realize a compact magnetic resonance observation system by combining a terahertz wave oscillator based on intrinsic Josephson junctions with a magnetic shield made of superconductors to reduce the influence of magnetic fields. In designing the system, we investigated the extent to which the shield reduces the magnetic flux reaching the device through computer simulations. The presentation will report the calculation results for the magnetic flux density components in each of the three-dimentional directions.
