We propose a novel 3×3 topological optical coupler based on phase-controlled orbital angular momentum (OAM) interference. This device utilizes geometric phases induced by topological waveguide bends and manipulates the interference state at the central junction by tuning mutual input phase differences. FDTD analysis demonstrated optical routing operations where output power distribution is selectively switched solely via phase control.
