Raman tag imaging is a multicolor imaging method that enables identification of multiple labeled molecules; however, its temporal resolution is limited by the low signal intensity of spontaneous Raman scattering. In this study, we demonstrate a high-speed and broadband Raman tag imaging platform by integrating a line-illumination Raman microscopy with bright and low-fluorescence Raman tag nanoparticles. As a proof of principle, live-cell Raman imaging was performed, and the distributions of exogenous tags and endogenous molecules were visualized within 52 s over a field of view of 512 pixels × 100 lines.
