Nanosized ferromagnets exhibit thermal fluctuations in magnetization because thermal energy becomes relatively large compared to magnetic energy. When a magnetic field is applied to these microscale ferromagnets where thermal fluctuations occur, precession motion is induced with the effective magnetic field direction within the ferromagnet serving as the precession axis, leading to ferromagnetic resonance. In this study, we fabricate Fe particle/Ru thin film/Fe thin film multilayer films to investigate interactions between their magnetic layers. As foundational work toward this goal, we evaluated the dynamics of Fe particle assemblies using ST-FMR measurements. We report the results of this evaluation.
