Monolithically stacked GaInN-based μLEDs consisting of blue, green, and yellow emitters were fabricated using tunnel junctions, and the effects of stacking on the electrical and optical properties were investigated. Photoluminescence, J–V, and I–L measurements, together with ABC model analysis, were employed to evaluate changes in the emission characteristics and to clarify the dominant factors governing these changes.
