The thermal properties of polymeric materials correlate with their chemical structures as well as with higher-order structures across multiple length scales. Therefore, measurement techniques with micro and nanoscale spatial resolution are required. In this study, temperature wave analysis (TWA) was performed using a thermal probe sensor with a thermal junction formed at the tip of a glass capillary, enabling thermal measurements in micro and nanoscale regions. This method allows positional control of the probe, making it useful for measurements of samples with in-plane anisotropy and specimens with arbitrary geometries.
