To obtain design guidelines for solar cells for indoor light use, optimization was performed on organic photovoltaic cells with open-circuit voltages exceeding 1.3 V. By using bulk heterojunction solar cells composed of the p-type polymer semiconductor PTQ-10 and the n-type organic semiconductor o-IDFBR, the performance evaluation was conducted under a standard indoor light spectrum reproduced by an LED simulator. The fill factor improved as illuminance decreased, and it was confirmed that further improvement occurred through heat treatment of the cells, which enhanced the aggregation structure.
