This research aims to develop perovskite oxides with a dielectric constant surpassing that of SrTiO3 (330 @RT), coupled with low loss and high temperature stability. Focusing on the sysnthesis and structural-dielecttric observation of these oxides, we employed a strategy of placing Bi at the A-site and Ti/Nb at the B-site. This approach utilizes PNRs originating from the polarization fields of SOJT elements to achieve high permittivity, while additional element doping was used to control and suprerss the growth of these PNRs.
