We developed a custom 2D scanning measurement system integrating an optical heterodyne vibrometer with an X-Y stage to evaluate the spatial distribution of micro-piezoelectric displacements. The system enables automatic mapping of vibration amplitude and phase through simultaneous sampling of applied voltage and output signals via an AD converter. In measurements of PVDF films, the system successfully captured the superposition of flexural motion originating from sample mounting conditions. This report discusses the control architecture and demonstrates the effectiveness of the constructed measurement system.
