This study focuses on the "self-written method," in which waveguides are autonomously formed within photocurable resin, as a low-cost optical connection technology for achieving optoelectronic integration. While conventional self-written methods face challenges with precise alignment to destination devices, this research attempts shape control by introducing the "alongment phenomenon," where the waveguide forms along a mask boundary. To address the issue of waveguide branching, the fabrication conditions—such as UV pre-exposure time and laser irradiation time—were optimized, resulting in a significant improvement in yield.
