We have developed on-chip pattern light source that superimposes multiple patterns comprised of four element emitters. We set unique center axis at the center of four element emitters. Each element emitters are designed to emit along the center axis in far field region. Also, separate trench is provided between each element emitters. Therefore, each element emitter is expected to have individual lasing state each other. We have examined two types of the device. One has same parameters for all element emitters. The other has different polarization axis and wavelengths. The device contains no mechanical components and chip size is only 800 micrometer square.
