The introduction of two-dimensional periodic structures has been proposed to widen the field of view (FOV) of waveguide AR glasses, which are key devices in a Cyber-Physical System (CPS) society. In this study, we investigated the limit FOV performance of monochromatic (green) waveguide AR glasses when high-refractive-index resins (RI of 2.0 or higher) are applied to the diffraction gratings in addition to the 2D structures.
