近年，異なる種類の遷移金属ダイカルコゲナイド (TMD) 薄膜から成るヘテロ構造において，層間励起子の形成やMoireポテンシャルの発生など，様々な新しい現象が観測されており，多くの注目を集めている．我々は顕微分光測定を通して，MoSe2/MoS2ヘテロ二層膜におけるバンドオフセットと層間励起子の光学評価を行った．
