Lithium-ion secondary battery
We report on the development of a silicon anode lithium-ion battery using MXene, represented by the general formula Mn+1XnTx (M = Ti, V, Nb, etc.; X = C, N; T = F, O, etc.; n = 1-4), as a conductive additive. MXene powder was thinned using a wet jet mill and dispersed uniformly on a silicon anode. A half-cell coin cell was fabricated by combining it with metallic lithium, and the charge-discharge characteristics were evaluated.
