Graphene is anticipated as a next-generation electronic device material. Recent studies have suggested that hydrogen intercalation can alter graphene's work function and electronic states by controlling the interface conditions between SiC substrates and graphene. In the previous meetings, we have reported on the effects of H intercalation on the work function. In this study, we aim to investigate how the work function and charge transfer behavior change compared to previous results by performing partial H intercalation.
