Regarding superconductivity in apical F-type pulsed laser deposition (PLD) thin films, we focused on the deposition process that realizes the bonding and composition, assuming that the BaO2 and Ca2Cu3Oy(O,F)2 layers serve as the carrier reserve layer (CRL) and superconducting layer (SCL), respectively. Bonding was controlled primarily by deposition temperature (TCRL, TSCL), while composition was controlled by deposition time (tCRL, tSCL). As a result, a superconducting transition with Tco = 95.2 K and Tce = 45.2 K was achieved at an applied external magnetic field Bapp = 0 T.
