We found that alternating magnetic fields at specific frequencies themselves exert antitumor effects against various types of cancer cells. We are applying this alternating magnetic field to the treatment of glioblastoma, which is one of the malignant brain tumors with poor prognosis, and are promoting the practical use of a minimally invasive brain tumor treatment device. At present, in parallel with the development of a human-use alternating magnetic field therapeutic system, we have also produced an animal-use alternating magnetic field device, and treatment is progressing for pet patients suffering from cancer.
