In this study, a simple additive-free transfer process is proposed for the fabrication of Ag nanowire (Ag NW)/PDMS transparent conductive films. The effects of Ag NW concentration and deposition substrate were systematically investigated. The results reveal that a high-thermal-conductivity aluminum (Al) substrate effectively suppresses nanowire migration and aggregation, enabling the formation of a uniform conductive network. By combining a low-concentration multilayer coating strategy with an Al substrate, a favorable balance between high optical transparency and electrical conductivity was achieved, resulting in a Figure of Merit (FoM) of approximately 100.
