Terahertz (THz) wave communication is gaining attention as a next-generation high-speed wireless communication technology, but forming ultra-fine, high–aspect-ratio THz waveguides is challenging. This study explores a metal thin-film coating technique using supercritical fluid thin-film deposition on polymer structures fabricated by a photopolymerization-based 3D printer.
