We fabricated GaAs quasi-phase-matched (QPM) structures via room-temperature bonding for high-power CO2 laser-pumped terahertz wave generation. By employing a Si substrate as a bonding base to suppress dust contamination, we achieved a low-loss 10-plate stack with an internal transmittance of 97.6% at a wavelength of 10.6 um (corresponding to a loss of 0.27% per interface). This approach successfully mitigated the transmittance degradation typically associated with stacking. Future work will involve further increasing the number of plates and conducting terahertz wave generation experiments.
