To evaluate the atomic structure of organic-inorganic hybrid perovskites, low-dose TEM observations were performed on a Sn-based perovskite, FASnI3, to investigate electron-beam-induced structural changes. At an electron dose of 3.0 e Å-2 under 120 kV, clear perovskite diffraction patterns were observed. With increasing electron dose, the diffraction peaks gradually broadened, and amorphization was observed at 38 e Å-2. In particular, a marked decrease in superlattice reflections was detected, suggesting a degradation of crystallographic order and possible decomposition behavior induced by electron irradiation.
