Magnetic field sensors utilizing diamond NV (nitrogen-vacancy) centers can measure magnetic fields with high sensitivity at room temperature and atmospheric pressure. However, a key challenge is the low fluorescence coupling efficiency due to the small critical angle. To address this, the adoption of a Metalens has been proposed. This structure, featuring a periodic arrangement of Nanopillar, enables wavefront control similar to that of a refractive lens. This study aims to improve fluorescence coupling efficiency by directly forming a Metalens structure on the diamond substrate surface.
