Recently, dual electro-optic (EO) comb spectroscopy has gained attention as a high-speed and high-precision method. High-performance analysis requires interpolating the gaps between spectral lines while ensuring a wide bandwidth through large mode spacing. In the previously reported continuous frequency shifting method using an SSB modulator (SSBM), frequency precision was limited by the nonlinear characteristics of the RF signal sweep. In this study, we developed a stepped automatic interpolation system that sweeps the SSBM drive RF signal in 100 MHz steps and automatically combines the data.
