At the New SUBARU long undulator beamline BL09, time-dependent photon energy drift has been recognized as a significant issue in XAS spectromicroscopy measurements using PEEM, originating from temporal variations in the incident angle caused by thermal load on the monochromator. In this study, the energy drift was systematically evaluated as a function of the storage-ring current and the undulator gap. Based on these results, an analytical correction method employing a two-parameter fitting model was developed. Application of the proposed correction demonstrated a marked improvement in the temporal stability of chemical mapping.
