Femtosecond laser-induced thermochemical reduction deposition using multiphoton excitation enables direct writing of non-noble metals, but fine control has been difficult because the absorption process shifts to single-photon absorption due to the deposited metal. In this study, with the aim of realizing fine writing, we evaluated the metal deposition characteristics from a mixed solution of glyoxylic acid Cu and Ag complexes. By scanning the mixed complex solution with a femtosecond laser, we succeeded in forming fine and uniform linear patterns that could not be obtained with each single complex.
