In thin-film materials and device development, circular-oriented green processing that simultaneously optimizes energy consumption, waste generation, and resource efficiency, in addition to material performance, is becoming increasingly important. In this presentation, we introduce our approach toward industrial applications through resource-efficiency maximization, using low-temperature and high-throughput ceramic thin-film formation based on the PCSD method, which integrates printing techniques with light irradiation, from the perspectives of narrowing, slowing, and closed-loop manufacturing.
