Graphene’s non-equidistant Landau levels enable suppression of Auger scattering, offering a path toward magnetically tunable THz sources. We investigate higher-order transitions (N = ±2→±1) in monolayer graphene under current injection. Emission near 48 meV (26 μm) is targeted using a charge-sensitive infrared phototransistor to clarify nonequilibrium carrier dynamics at injection hotspots.
