Registration on the day of the Congress

Those who have registered in advance on the conference website do not need to register. Please put your printed Participation Certificate in the card case and enter the venue. Card cases and straps for participation cards are located on the 1st floor Venue P (Main Hall C) and in front of Venue A (Conference Hall). Entry will be strictly denied to anyone not wearing their participation cards.

If you have forgotten your Participation Certificate or have not paid for your Participation Certificate, please ask at the reception desk (Venue P, 1st floor). The reception desk is expected to be crowded at certain times, so please print out your participation certificate in advance if possible.

*Students are not required to pay the conference registration fee. Please be sure to present your proof (student ID card, etc.).

*Please access the conference website from your own computer or smartphone to register and pay for the conference, so please complete the registration and payment procedures before coming to the conference whenever possible.

Corporate Luncheon Seminar Information and Participation

Only conference participants are eligible to attend. By participating, you agree to provide your registration information to the luncheon seminar organizers. Luncheon seminar tickets will be distributed at the following locations on the day of the event. Please fill in your registration number or affiliation/name on the luncheon seminar ticket in advance. At the reception desk in front of the seminar venue, please wear your participant ID and hand the staff member your completed luncheon seminar ticket with your registration information.

Opening hours: July 13 (Mon.) - July 15 (Wed.) 8:15 - 9:30

  • Registration for each luncheon seminar will close once the maximum number of participants is reached. If there are still seats available, we will continue distributing numbered tickets after 9:30.

  • Once you have received your ticket, please refrain from canceling at the last minute.

  • We will be holding a stamp rally at the venue. Participants who visit the exhibition booths and collect stamps will receive prizes (such as local sweets and local delicacies). Please note that the number of prizes is limited.

  • Please refrain from eating or drinking the prizes you received inside the venue.

  • When participating in the stamp rally, please provide your business card or contact information at the booths you visit.

  • The stamp rally sheet is included in the card case for your participant pass, which will be distributed on-site.

 
Banquet

A banquet will be held as follows. Please present your Participation Certificate at the entrance of the banquet hall before entering.

Please register in advance via the registration website. Registration will close once capacity is reached.

Your participant cards will have a label or colored sticker indicating “Reception.” If your card does not include this information, a staff member will approach you to verify your registration status. If you registered for the reception after your participant badge was printed, please notify the General Reception Desk at Venue P on the 1st floor of the Sapporo Convention Center or the reception desk in front of the banquet venue. After verifying your registration details, we will provide you with a sticker indicating that you have registered for the reception.

<Information on the Free Shuttle Bus>

A free shuttle bus will run directly from the Sapporo Convention Center (West Exit Temporary Bus Stop) to the banquet venue.

No advance reservations are required. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that seating may not be available if the bus is full.

As this is a public bus, you may have to stand. Also, there is no luggage compartment for large bags.

This facility is available only to those who have registered for the banquet. Please wear your participant card so that we can verify your registration.

A cloakroom will be set up as shown below to store your baggage. We will not be responsible for any damage or loss of valuables, computers, etc. Please bring your own valuables, computers, etc. with you.

The connection method will be posted on the digital signage at the Venue P on the 1st floor and in front of each venue.

Photography and sound recording

Photography and sound recording by cameras, videos, cell phones, etc. are prohibited in the lecture and poster rooms.

 

Cellular phones

Talking on cellular phones is prohibited in the lecture hall. Please set your cellular phone to silent mode and be careful not to ring during your presentation.

 

Smoking
