Registration

This year's conference will be held in the form of oral and poster presentations. In addition, recorded presentations will be accepted via the conference website. If there are not enough applications for posters, oral presentations will be organized. No real-time streaming will be available.

- Payment can be made after notification of acceptance or rejection.
- Please note that the advance discount price will not be applied if the payment is not confirmed by July 29.
- Invoices, receipts, and nameplates are available for download from the website.

Full paper submission: April 1 (Tue) - May 12 (Mon)
Registration submission: April 1 (Tue) - July 29 (Tue)

If you register on or after July 30 (Wed), you will receive your registration materials at the conference venue or they will be sent to you after the conference. You can also register at the venue on the day of the conference, but we recommend you to use the pre-payment method, which is more economical.

※You will not be able to view PDFs of the papers and recorded presentations until payment is received.

Papers and registration will be available from 4/1 (Tue)

Papers will be available on the conference website from August 18 (Tue) for those who have pre-paid by July 29 (Tue), and the program booklet and other materials will be sent by August 18 (Tue). The same fee applies to speakers who will be speaking in a recorded session. (Prices include tax, JPY)

※1 The fee for each speaker will be charged regardless of the number of speakers.
※2 Overseas friendship societies (ASEE, KSEE, SEFI, AEESEAP, SEEM, MSGCEE) are required to register as non-members belonging to JSEE and Kansai Society of Engineering Education.
※3 No refunds will be made in case of cancellation of the recieption for personal reasons.
※4 The number of students and graduate students who participate in the program was significantly reduced in order to promote their participation.
