奈良女子大学大学院で博士号取得。現在は株式会社BorderLeSS代表取締役として、スポーツ心理学に基づくメンタルトレーニング事業とキャリアデザイン事業に取り組んでいる。スポーツメンタルトレーニング上級指導士として、様々な競技に携わり、日本スケート連盟（フィギュア）強化スタッフなどを務める。
