With a survey methodology, this study has a descriptive design. The purpose of the questionnaires in this research project is to collect data from the participants. The tool used to collect data was a standardised questionnaire called the Leadership Scale for Sports The study's conclusions showed that the autocratic and democratic styles all had a big impact on how well athletes performed in the tested domain. Findings: The study's conclusions showed that athletes' performance in the studied area is significantly influenced by the coach's rewarding conduct, social support, authoritarian behaviour, and democratic behaviour during training. These connections were moderated by performance level. The conception and measurement of transformational leadership, as well as the ways in which coaches' leadership styles may affect cohesion based on an athlete's performance level, are examined in relation to these findings.
