[02社-口-20] Reflections on the Construction of National Fitness Volunteer Service System in ChinaAnalysis centered on the social sports instructor workforce

This paper analyzes the background of the construction of China's national fitness volunteer service system and the development requirements of the new stage, combs through the current situation and problems faced by China's public welfare sports instructors and national fitness volunteer service system, compares and draws on the construction of the social sports instructor team and the national fitness volunteer service of Japan, the United Kingdom, Germany, and the United States, and starts from the innovation of the development mode of the social sports instructors and the volunteer team. In this regard, it is suggested that China's social sports instructors and volunteer service team should be developed from innovative social sports instructors and volunteer service team development mode, accelerating the construction of socialized management system and operation mechanism, innovating the working mechanism of volunteer service for social sports instructors, creating a regular national fitness volunteer service system around the people, improving the working guarantee and incentive mechanism of social sports instructors and national fitness volunteer service, strengthening the organization and management of the work of social sports instructors, and carrying forward the spirit of volunteerism to provide a good social environment for the national fitness volunteer service. A good social environment for national fitness volunteer service is proposed as a countermeasure for the construction of China's volunteer service system for social sports instructors.
