Pre-registered Participants

Please print your participation certificate with the QR code from your Confit My Account in advance and bring it to the venue. The participation certificate will serve as your name badge throughout the conference.

 

On-site Registration

To avoid congestion on the day of the conference, please complete online pre-registration and payment of the registration fee by 13:00 on August 30 (Sunday) whenever possible.
An on-site registration form will be available. Please complete the form and bring it to Counter 5.
The registration fee must be paid by credit card.

Non-members: JPY 13,000
Students: JPY 6,000

Note: Participants registering as students must present proof of student status, such as a valid student ID.

• Sapporo Convention Center: Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the facility. The Wi-Fi ID and password are posted inside the venue.
• Hokusho University: You can use eduroam with the ID and password issued by your affiliated institution. Please note that eduroam is the only Wi-Fi network available at the university. There are no other Wi-Fi networks available, so please take note of this.
