We are pleased to host a Reception party as outlined below.
This event provides an excellent opportunity for participants to network with fellow researchers and professionals, exchange ideas, and foster new collaborations. We look forward to welcoming many of you.

 

Date & Time: Monday, August 31, 2026, 6:30 PM–8:00 PM (tentative)

Venue: Asahi Beer Garden Hamanasu-kan

Participation Fee: JPY 2,500

Notes:

• A Jingisukan (Hokkaido-style grilled lamb barbecue) course meal will be served.
• Registration is available on a first-come, first-served basis and closes once capacity is reached.

Please note that no shuttle bus service will be provided to the  Reception party venue. Participants are requested to make their own travel arrangements.

• Subway: Take the Sapporo Municipal Subway Tozai Line to Nango 7-chome Station, Exit 2; approximately 5 minutes on foot.
• Walking: Approximately 25 minutes.
• Taxi or Private Car: Approximately 10 minutes.
