1. TIME ALLOWANCE FOR PRESENTATION
     The time allocated for each presentation is as follows:
     The time keeper will strictly enforce these time limits with a bell ringing as follows.

Time keeping is crucial to ensure the smooth operation of the entire program. Please make sure not to over run your allocated time.

2. PRESENTATION SYSTEM
 Each oral session room is equipped with a microphone, a laser pointer 
 and a fixed LCD projector. Please bring your own laptop for your presentation.

3.BEFORE PRESENTATION
Please make sure you can output your PPT slides from your laptop in your assigned presentation room during break time or the time before the presentation begins.

4.CABLE
 HDMI cable will be available in each room. If your laptop doesn’t have a HDMI Port, you must bring a VGB-HDMI conversion adapter.

5. SPEAKER STANDBY
 You are requested to standby in the designated room 30 minutes prior to the session start. 

6. CANCELLATION
 If the situation of "cancellation of a presentation" occurs unavoidably, please promptly notify the secretariat by telephone, etc. and again offer it by document. Please do not be absent on the day of the presentation without notice.

7. Request regarding how to get to the venue
 Please note that we do not allow visitors to come by private car. Please use public transportation.
