[Introducing the "EMIA Series" for Carbon and Sulfur Analysis in Solids, and the "EMGA Series" for Oxygen, Nitrogen, and Hydrogen Analysis]
It is possible to perform quantitative analysis of carbon, sulfur, oxygen, nitrogen, and hydrogen in various solid materials, including metals such as steel, ceramics, and electronic materials, with a measurement range from ppm to tens of percent (m/m). Our products are widely utilized for applications ranging from quality control to research and development.
In particular, we propose products specialized in "high-precision analysis" of powdered materials (such as carbides and other high-concentration carbon materials) commonly used in the cemented carbide industry.

[4] MicrotracBEL Corp.

MicrotracBEL Corp.

For metal powders, it is important to evaluate properties such as particle size, shape indices (including particle shape, sphericity, and aspect ratio), true density, and pore size distribution. Microtrac provides instruments for the physical characterization of powders and particulate materials. We also introduce actual measurement examples of metal particles used as blasting media, as well as metal powders for 3D printers and additive manufacturing.

(Instrument Introduction)
・Dynamic Image Analysis Particle Size and Shape Analyzer: CAMSIZER X2+
Faster and clearer analysis, capable of analyzing images of tens of thousands of particles within minutes

・True Density Analyzer: BELPYCNO
Highly precise measurement of small sample quantities using 1–10 cc sample cells

[7] Dai-ichi Ceramo Co., Ltd.

Dai-ichi Ceramo Co., Ltd.

First Ceramo is a company that provides feedstocks for powder injection molding (MIM and CIM) based on powder metallurgy technology.
By applying this technology to materials for MEX (Material Extrusion) type 3D printers, we have developed filament-type 3D printing materials composed of metal or ceramic powders mixed with a polymer binder.

Features of First Ceramo’s Metal and Ceramic Filaments for MEX

  1. Similar to powder injection molding (MIM/CIM), dense metal and ceramic sintered parts can be produced through debinding and sintering after printing.
  2. Can be used with relatively low-cost filament-type 3D printers.
  3. Offers high flexibility in powder selection, supporting metals such as stainless steel, pure copper, and titanium alloys, as well as ceramics such as alumina and zirconia.
  4. Enables internal structure design in 3D printing, including honeycomb and gyroid structures.

At the exhibition space, we plan to display the filament materials along with printed and sintered parts, as well as conduct live printing demonstrations.
Please feel free to contact us regarding customized powder compositions to meet your specific requirements.
