1) At first, you create your account.
　Confit account used until the Autumn Meeting, 2024 will not be available.
　Accounts (A-Pass) created for the 2025 Spring and Autumn Meeting or by other academic societies
　can be available.

2) Applicants and presenters should register as members of JSPM. Please register as a member and pay
　the admission fee and membership dues before applying to present at the Spring Meeting 2026. 　
　Please select "2026" as the membership year.

3) In authors field, choose who is a speaker.

4) In presentation information, choose presentation time,
　　　A is 15 min. ( presentation 10 min, discussion 5min) or
　　　B is 10 min. ( presentation 7 min, discussion 3min) .
　*Please note that the program committee may ask you to make changes depending on the program.

5) Presentation Category: You can select up to two session names.
・Step1: Major Category; Choose ①Special Session or ②General Session.
・Step2: Subcategory;
　　You choose ① at Step1. →　Choose one of the Special Session themes that you want to present in.
　　You choose ② at Step1. →　Please select the division's name you want to present in (Click here for  details of the divisions. Please note that the information is available in Japanese only. ).→Go to Step③ 
・ Step3： Further Category; Please select the theme of each division in which you want to present.      Click here for details on the themes.

6) Papers should be on original and unpublished work covering the results of the latest research,
　innovations or improvements in powder and powder metallurgy processes or products. Commercialism
　in title, abstracts, manuscripts, visuals, oral presentations will not be permitted.

7) Please enter up to 5 keywords.

8) If you want to entry to "Student award for outstanding presentation", please check the box on the
　 form.

*The decision on whether to accept or reject the proposed presentation, as well as the allocation of venues, presentation dates, etc., is entirely at the discretion of the Association.

**HDMI and RGB cables will be provided at each venue. Please bring your own laptop. If your laptop does not have a HDMI or RGB output ports, you must bring your own appropriate adapter.
