Scope
"Annual Meeting of the Japan Society of Vacuum and Surface Science 2026" will be held during the period from September 15th (Tue.) to Septemober 17th (Thu.), 2026, at BIG PALETTE FUKUSHIMA. In the meeting, a variety of topics/sessions are planned, including ones organized by the subcommittees. Your participation in and contribution to the meeting are highly encouraged and welcome.
