The organizing committee will outsource childcare support. Any participant who would like to apply for childcare at JVSS 2026 is needed to read the following notes before applying, and then complete the Application Form. Since they can accept 5 children at maximum per day, the applicant is highly recommended to apply as early as possible before due 31st Aug. 2026. Once the application has been confirmed, detailed information on the use of the childcare service will be sent to the applicant from the conference organizer.

(1) A nursery school is named”おおまちてらす保育園”, located near Koriyama Station, can accept children aged 6 months to 12 years before preschool.

(2) The childcare hours (opening hours) are open between 7:30 and 19:00. Details are available at the following website: https://www.hoshipital.jp/kodomo/omachiterrace.html.

(3) Meals cannot be provided in the nursery. Lunch box or the child's usual milk, box lunch and snacks, etc. should be prepared.

(4) The cost of childcare is 1000 JPY per 1 hour if the applicant is a resident out of Fukushima prefecture. If you cancel, please contact us at least 3 days before the day of use. If you cancel after that, a cancellation fee will be charged.

 

組織委員会は託児サービスを外部委託します。JVSS 2026で託児サービスを希望される参加者は、申請前に以下の注意事項をお読みいただき、申請書にご記入ください。1日あたりの定員は最大5名ですので、2026年8月31日締切日までにできるだけお早めにお申し込みいただくことを強くお勧めします。お申し込みが確定しましたら、会議主催者より託児サービスの利用に関する詳細情報をお送りいたします。

(3) 託児所では食事の提供はございません。お弁当、またはお子様が普段飲んでいる牛乳、お弁当、おやつなどをご用意ください。

(4) 福島県外にお住まいの方の場合、保育料は1時間あたり1,000円です。キャンセルされる場合は、ご利用日の3日前までにご連絡ください。それ以降のキャンセルにはキャンセル料が発生いたします。
