Core times for poster presentations are on the first and third days (March 28 and 30) at the Exhibition Hall A on the first floor. Core times on March 28 are 9:00-10:00 (odd numbers) and 10:00-11:00 (even numbers),  on March 30 are 11:00-11:30 (even numbers) and 11:30-12:00 (odd numbers). 

 

Poster size

The dimensions of the poster display panels are 90 cm (W) x 210 cm (H). Posters should be large enough to fit within these dimensions.

 

A poster award

A poster award will be given to a student member who makes an especially outstanding poster presentation. 

The award will be presented on the third day of the conference (March 30) from 12:00-12:30 at Foyer on the first floor. 

 

Display and removal of your poster

Poster display start time: Saturday, March 28, after 8:00

Poster removal time: From the end of the poster award ceremony until 14:00
