Registration for Small Sessions
Small Sessions can be held on the first day.
1. The organizer of a Small Session must be a member of society.
2. Speakers of Small Sessions must be conference participants (excluding non-member invited speakers).
3. For group organizers who wish to organize a small meeting
Please send an e-mail ( odokon2026@gmail.com ) to the conference secretariat with the following items (1) to (5) listed below and the subject line "Application for Small Session". Please note that applications cannot be submitted via the conference website or the registration site.
(1) Name of the meeting
(2) Desired time
(3) Name of the speaker(s) (specify member or non-member)
(4) Estimated number of participants
(5) Organizers and their contact information
As the initial number of available slots has been filled, we have closed the call for proposals. We would like to express our sincere appreciation to all who submitted proposals.

For Speakers of Small Session
4. Please enter the name of the meeting when you register on the web. Abstracts should be submitted through the registration site. Abstract writing, submission method and period are the same as those for general presentations.
5. The allotted time for each sub-session is 1 hour and 30 minutes (please be punctual).
6. The organizer of the small meeting is requested to provide a personal computer and a laser pointer.
7. LCD projectors and connection cables are available at each venue.
8. Remote presentations are not permitted.
