About Annual Meeting
Participation in the Annual Meeting:

Participation in the Annual Meeting is limited to those who have completed registration. Due to expected congestion, as a rule, please register online via Confit before coming to the meeting.

Early registration:

Those who have completed payment of the participation fee can download the participation certificate PDF from the Confit My Page from March 17, 2026. Please be sure to print out the participation certificate and bring it to the venue on the day of the meeting. 

On-site registration:

Please register online through Confit, even if you are registering on-site. Payment can only be made online by credit card. Non-presenters under 4th year undergraduate show your student ID card (photocopy acceptable) at the registration desk. Please note that if you do not show your student ID, you will be charged the non-member (student) registration fee.

Abstracts:

Abstracts will be published on the website of the Annual Meeting on March 5, 2026. To browse the abstract, a password will be required. This password will be sent via email to your registered email address on March 4, 2026. For those who have completed the registration after March 4, you will receive an automatic email with the password information for abstracts viewing after the registration fee has been paid. All presentation titles will be published in the program book to be issued on February 1, 2026, and will also be available on the annual meeting web page.

Program book:

Members will receive a program book by post in early February. Non-members who apply for the early registraion will receive the program book by mail after the early registration deadline. Non-members who apply for the late registration will receive the program book at the venue, please show your participation certificate at the registration desk. The program book will not be distributed to non-presenters under 4th year undergraduate.

Name straps:

Name straps will be available at each building where the lectures are held. No one will be allowed to enter the venue without a participation certificate.

Cloakroom:

Cloakroom will be available at the SHIN-KANSAIDAIGAKU-KAIKAN North Bldg., 1F Hall.
We cannot hold luggage overnight.

Announcement:

No announcement will be made at each venue.

Photography of Presentations:

Photography and videotaping of slides and posters are not permitted without the presenter's permission.

 

Banquet

Date and venue:

Date: March 28 (Sat) Starts around 7:00 p.m.
Venue: Hotel Hankyu International

Early registration:

Those who have completed payment of the banquet fee can download the participation certificate PDF from the Confit My Page from 17 March, 2026. Please be sure to print out the participation certificate and bring it to the venue on the day of the meeting.

On-site registration:

On-site registration for the banquet will be closed when capacity is reached.

* No one will be allowed to enter the venue without the participation certificate.

 

Luncheon Seminar / Career Design Seminar

  • Those who have completed payment of the participation fee can download the participation certificate PDF from the Confit My Page from 17 March, 2026. Please be sure to print out the participation certificate and bring it to the venue on the day of the meeting.
  • Please be sure not to be late for the start time, as reservation applications and seminar tickets will become invalid after the seminar starts.
Early registration:

Early registration for the Luncheon Seminars and Career Design Seminars will open from 10:00 on 8 March, 2026. Registration will be accepted through Confit. Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and will be closed when capacity is reached. On the day of the seminar, please show your participation certificate at the entrance of the seminar venue to receive your packed lunch to attend the seminar.
*It is not necessary to receive a seminar ticket at the seminar ticket desk.

On-site registration:

Seminar tickets will be distributed at the seminar ticket desk only if capacity is not reached.
