For Presenters

 

Special Lectures, Award Lectures, Symposia, etc.
  • Only digital presentations using a projector connected to your own laptop computer will be accepted.
    If you wish to check the monitor, please come to the PC operator desk located in front of each lecture room at least 15 minutes before the presentation begins.
  • Please connect your laptop to the HDMI cable provided at the lectern in the lecture room. PC operators will assist you with the connection.
    *Be sure to bring any necessary HDMI adapters and your laptop’s power adapter, as some devices may require them.
    *Please ensure in advance that screen savers, sleep mode, and other power-saving functions are disabled on your computer.

 

General Session (Oral presentation)

Schedule and presentation times
  • Oral presentations will be held on March 27 (Fri), 28 (Sat), and 29 (Sun) at the Kansai University, Senriyama Campus.
  • The duration of the oral presentation is 9 minutes for the lecture and 3 minutes for the discussion (including speaker change time).
Presentation guidelines
  • Only digital presentations using a projector (no parallel projection) are permitted.
  • Presenters are required to bring a USB flash drive containing their presentation data and visit the PC Registration Desk located in front of each lecture room at least 30 minutes before the session start time. Your presentation data will be uploaded and checked for proper operation at that time.

    *Presenters scheduled for the first session on the 28th and 29th must complete PC registration at the PC Registration Desk by the day before.
    *If you arrive just before your presentation time, please consult a nearby staff member.

  • PC Registration Desks are set up in front of each lecture room.
  • Please be sure to visit the PC Registration Desk located in front of your session room.
    *The PC Registration Desk is not centralized in a single location.

PC and Data Format Requirements
  • Windows PC (Office 365) is available. As a rule, you are not allowed to bring your own PC.
  • Please bring your presentation data on a USB flash drive. The file name must be formatted as follows:
    “Presentation Number_Presenter Name.pptx”
  • Presenter View will not be available. If you need your notes, please prepare a printed copy in advance.

 

General Session (Poster presentation)

 Schedule and presentation times
  • Poster presentations will be held on March 27 (Fri), 28 (Sat), and 29 (Sun) at the Kansai University, Senriyama Campus. Please refer to your program number and timetable for your presentation date.
  • Poster Display Schedule: AM / PM1 / PM2 (Time-limited display)
  • Posters must be displayed at the designated time. The presentation time differs according to the program number. Please refer to the table below for the presentation times.
  • Please remove your poster during the designated removal time indicated in the table below.
    If a previous poster remains at the start of your posting time, please remove it and post your own poster.
    Any posters left after the removal time will be disposed of by the Organizing Committee.

Presentation outline
  • Poster size for display is W90 x H210 (cm). Only the board number is displayed on the board. Please display the same number as the last 2 digits of your poster presentation number on the board. Please confirm the board number of the board you should display at the poster room information (Kansai University, Senriyama Campus).
  • Please indicate your presentation number on the upper left of your poster as shown in the figure below. If your poster is eligible for the Best Student Presentation Award, please write your presentation number in red.

  • Presenters are required to display their posters at the poster room using the pushpins provided. Please be sure to wear the presenter's ribbon when you present your poster and return the pins and ribbons to the designated place.

 

Disclosure of Conflicts of Interest

In accordance with the Conflict of Interest Management Regulations of the Pharmaceutical Society of Japan, the presenter is required to disclose conflicts of interest for all presentations at the 146th Annual Meeting. A sample of the disclosure procedure is provided in the "COI Slide" page.
