Participation Fee
- The participation fee for non-presenters under 4th year undergraduate will be free for both members and non-members. In this case, the program book will not be distributed to non-members.
- Even if you are under 4th year undergraduate student, you are required to pay the participation fee if you wish to make a presentation.
Luncheon Seminar & Career Design Seminar
- Registration for the Luncheon Seminar and Career Design Seminar will open on March 8, 2026 (10:00am, JST).
- Luncheon Seminar are generally available by advance registration on a first-come, first-served basis, although for certain sessions, numbered tickets may be distributed at the on-site reception on the day of the event.
Online Registration
Early registration will be made online using "Confit".
1) Student status confirmation form
- The registration system has a field to upload the "Student status confirmation form". Please fill out the prescribed "Student status confirmation form" and upload a scanned image (pdf, jpg, png, or gif format) with the signature and seal of your academic advisor* (or equivalent). Applications without a "Student status confirmation form" will not be accepted. Please note that if the document is incomplete, you will be asked to resubmit it.
*Academic advisor (and equivalent): If the student has already been assigned to a laboratory, it should be the supervisor of the laboratory.
- If the student is not assigned to a laboratory, it should be a faculty member who can confirm the student's grade, such as a tutor, department chair, or dean.

2) Online registration
- When registering online, be sure to select "Non-presenters under 4th year undergraduate" as your membership category and enter "9999" as your membership number. If you select the wrong membership category, the participation fee (free of charge) will not be applied.
- Various e-mails will be sent to the email address you have registered as your Confit account. Please be sure to register an email address that will be available until the end of the Annual Meeting.

Web Abstract

Abstracts will be published on the website of the Annual Meeting on March 5, 2026.

To browse the abstract, a password will be required. This password will be sent via email to your registered email address on March 4, 2026.
- All presentation titles will be published in the program book to be issued on February 1, 2026, and will also be available on the annual meeting web page.
