Visa Support Information

If you require a visa to enter Japan, please send an email to visaapp@prcr2025.jp with the following information:

1. Full name (as shown in your passport)
2. Occupation
3. Registration number of A-PRCR2025
4. Name of the consulate/embassy where you will apply for the visa
5. Date of birth and age
6. Gender
7. Nationality (as shown in your passport)
8. Flight number and dates of arrival and departure  If you plan to travel within Japan before or after the conference, please also provide your full itinerary.
9. Accommodation details (e.g., hotel name and address in Japan)
10. Number of accompanying persons (who will apply for a visa together with you)  If you have accompanying persons, please provide the following details for each;
a. Full name (as shown in your passport)
b. Occupation
c. Date of birth and age
d. Gender
e. Nationality (as shown in your passport)
