SIIEJ 2026 Registration Opens on June 15

Thank you for your interest in the Summer Institute on International Education in Japan 2026 (SIIEJ 2026).

Registration for workshops and sessions will open on June 15, 2026 (Monday). Participants wishing to attend are kindly requested to complete their registration by July 22, 2026 (Wednesday).

 

In addition, the Opening Event, Special Session I, and Special Session II will be streamed online free of charge with simultaneous interpretation provided.

 Registration Fee

The participation fee for the main event (August 5-6) will be as follows:
The Opening Event as well as Featured Sessions Ⅰ and Ⅱ are free – both online and face-to-face. However, seating priority will be given to participants who pay for the full event. Please note that seating capacity may be subject to change.
