This study investigates how surrounding environments affect conducted electromagnetic noise from densely arranged linear LED lamps in plant factories. We tested two lamp types (A: for office; B: for factory) across different shelf materials (resin vs. iron) and installation heights, measuring noise according to CISPR15 standards.Results revealed product-specific noise variations, primarily in the 0.7–5 MHz (band i) and 10–30 MHz (band ii) ranges. For Lamp A, iron shelves increased band i noise and shifted the band ii peak to lower frequencies, with height also affecting band ii. Conversely, Lamp B only exhibited a band ii peak shift with iron shelves, remaining unaffected by height.In conclusion, environmental impacts on conducted noise vary by product. This is likely due to stray capacitance differences arising from metal casing enclosures, wiring lengths, and power impedance.
